Questions about Radialy
What is Radialy and how do I open the menu?
Radialy is a Windows launcher with a circular menu for apps, folders and websites. Start the app and hold your assigned hotkey to bring up the menu at your cursor. Click a petal to launch its target or enter a submenu. Release the hotkey to hide the menu. You can change the hotkey in settings.
How does the free trial work?
Open License in settings and select Start 7-day trial. An internet connection is required to start it. The seven days begin when the server activates your trial, not when you install the app. All features are included, with no payment card or website account required. Each device gets one trial; reinstalling does not restart it.
What happens after 7 days?
The radial menu is disabled. Buy a license or enter your key in the License section of settings to continue. Your petals and settings are not deleted.
How much is Premium? Is there a subscription?
Radialy Premium costs 399 RUB for a perpetual license on one computer. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Register on this site, buy a key in your account and activate it in the app. You can buy additional keys for other computers using the same account.
Do I need to stay online?
No. You need internet access to start a trial, activate Premium for the first time, reset a device or download updates. An activated trial works offline until it expires. Premium works offline indefinitely. When online, the app checks the license status. After a device reset, access on the old computer stops at its next successful check. Opening websites and downloading their icons also requires a connection.
Can I move my key and settings to another computer?
Yes. Reset the device in your account or in the app's License settings, then activate the same key on the new computer. Both actions require internet access. One key cannot be used on multiple computers at the same time. Transfer menu settings separately using export and import under System; this does not copy your apps or folders.
Which installer should I choose? Do I need .NET?
Radialy supports Windows 10 and 11. Choose x64 for 64-bit Windows or x86 for 32-bit Windows 10. The download page can help identify your system. Each installer includes the required .NET components; no separate download is needed.
Does Radialy upload my list of apps and websites?
No. Your menu and settings stay on your computer and are not sent to the licensing server. Website icons are fetched directly from the sites you add, without Google or other third-party icon services. Read our privacy policy for details.

In settings, open About and select Check for updates. The latest published installer is also on the download page. See the documentation for setup instructions, or contact support in your account for app or payment questions.
