License and terms

Terms for using Radialy, your account and your license key.

Version dated 6 September 2026

1. Right to use

Radialy is a Windows application for launching apps, folders and websites from a radial menu. The user receives a simple, non-exclusive license to install, store and run the app for its intended purpose on one activated computer, without territorial restriction.

Premium is paid for once and has no time limit while these terms are met. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Simultaneous use on multiple computers requires separate keys. Exclusive rights to the program, source code, design and Radialy name are not transferred.

Purchase, pricing, payment and refund conditions are set out in the public offer.

2. Seven-day trial

Each device is entitled to one seven-day trial with all features. Starting it requires internet access; the period begins when confirmed by the server, not when the installer is downloaded. Reinstalling does not start a new trial.

After the trial expires, the radial menu is unavailable until Premium is activated. License settings remain available for purchasing, activation and status checks. There is no separate free mode after the trial.

3. Internet access and changing computers

Initial activation and resetting a device require a connection to the server. Once activated, perpetual Premium can work offline indefinitely. A signed access confirmation is stored on the computer.

When online, Radialy checks the license at startup and periodically while running. A device reset, revoked key or refund ends access on the old device after it receives the corresponding server response. An offline device cannot receive that change immediately.

To transfer, reset the device in your account or in the app's License section, then activate the key on the new computer. Simultaneous use of one key on multiple devices is not permitted.

4. Accounts, restrictions and updates

Keep your password and key private. Do not publish or resell keys, claim another person's license as your own, bypass protection or disrupt the service. Do not distribute modified copies as official Radialy releases. This does not restrict rights expressly granted by law.

You are responsible for the paths and links you choose. Radialy does not control third-party apps or websites or guarantee their availability. Check the source before opening an unknown file.

Updates may change the interface and fix bugs. Compatibility with every Windows configuration and third-party app is not guaranteed. Choose the installer for your system architecture; current requirements are on the download page.

A key may be revoked for fraud, a refunded payment or a material license violation. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

5. Third-party components

Radialy uses .NET and WPF. Microsoft components and other third-party libraries belong to their respective rights holders and are distributed under their own licenses. Required notices and licenses are included in the distribution where applicable.

App and website icons belong to their owners. Displaying them does not imply a partnership or transfer rights to the user.

6. Documents and support

See the documentation for setup help and the privacy policy for data processing. A paid license is governed by the terms in effect at purchase, except for changes required by law.
