Installation and first launch
Download the installer for your Windows architecture from the download page: x64 for 64-bit Windows, or x86 for 32-bit Windows 10. The required .NET runtime is included.
Run Setup and follow the instructions. Start Radialy, open License in settings and activate the trial or enter your purchased key. An internet connection is required for activation.
Making the menu yours
Under Petals, select a petal and assign an app, folder or website. You can drag a file or folder onto a petal, or use the selection buttons. Give the item a name, create submenus and drag items to rearrange them.
Under Appearance, change icon and menu sizes, opacity, theme and petal shape. Choose an opening animation and closing effect. The play button previews an animation. App and website labels can be turned on or off; folder labels remain visible.
Under System, set your hotkey, startup preference and interface language. You can also export and import menu settings. Save applies your changes; Cancel closes settings without applying unsaved changes.
Trial and Premium
The trial includes all features for seven days from the moment the server confirms activation. Each device can use it once. When it expires, the menu is disabled until Premium is activated. Reinstalling does not restart the trial.
- Register or sign in to your account.
- Under Licenses, buy Radialy Premium. Each purchase gives you one key. Buy another key for another computer if needed.
- Copy your key into License in the app's settings and select Activate.
Premium is a one-time purchase. Once activated, it can work offline indefinitely. Check requests the current status from the server; automatic checks also run when a connection is available.
Moving to another computer
License: reset your key's device binding in your account or in the app's License section. This requires internet access. Activate the same key on the new computer. The old computer learns of the reset at its next successful server check.
Settings: export the configuration under System. Import that file on the new computer and save. This transfers neither the license nor your installed apps and folders. Check your paths after importing.
Keep a separate backup of your configuration. It can contain personal paths and links; review it before sharing.
Updating Radialy
Open About and select Check for updates. If an update is available, choose Download and install. Radialy downloads the installer matching its architecture, verifies it and offers installation.
Downloading requires internet access. Retry if it is interrupted. Published changes are listed in the version history; the latest Setup is also available on the download page.
Troubleshooting
The menu will not open
Check that Radialy is running and that access is active in License. Verify your hotkey. If another app uses the same combination, assign a different one and save.
An app or folder will not open
Check the petal's path. Select the target again if the file moved, a drive was disconnected or the app was removed. Network folders require a working connection.
A website icon is missing
Check the address and connection, and try selecting the website again. Some sites block icon downloads. A fallback icon does not prevent the link from opening.
A key is already bound or payment is pending
Check the key and its device in your account. Reset the old device before transferring. If you have been charged but the order is not confirmed, do not pay again: contact support with your order number.
