1. Parties and subject
The Licensor identified under Seller details offers a legally capable individual (the User) a simple, non-exclusive license for Radialy for Windows. The app launches apps, folders and websites from a radial menu.
The license permits installation, storage and intended use on one activated computer without territorial restriction. The key is a technical activation mechanism, not a separate product. Exclusive rights are not transferred. Simultaneous use on multiple computers requires separate licenses.
Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer. The agreement is concluded when payment is confirmed. Before paying, read the license terms and system requirements and test the app during the seven-day trial.
2. Price and duration
Radialy Premium: 399 RUB per perpetual license. One-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
Each purchase issues one key. You may buy another using the same account. The final amount is shown before payment; the settlement currency is the Russian ruble.
Purchasing requires registration and sign-in. Payments are processed by Robokassa. The seller provides a receipt as required by the legislation applicable to taxpayers using the professional income tax regime.
3. Delivery and activation
After server-side payment confirmation, the key appears automatically under Licenses in your account. Check Orders if confirmation is delayed. If payment succeeded but no key appeared, contact support with the order number.
Enter the key in License in Radialy's settings. Initial activation requires internet access. After that, a perpetual license works offline indefinitely; its status and device binding are checked when connected.
To transfer, first reset the device binding in your account or the app. The old device loses access when it receives the reset response. A reset does not permit simultaneous use on two computers.
The trial lasts seven days from confirmed activation on the device. After that the menu requires Premium; reinstalling does not provide another trial.
4. Payment errors and refunds
Refund requests are considered under Russian law with regard to the payment circumstances and the grant of the right to use the app. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or impose an unconditional ban on refunds for activated licenses.
Contact support with your account email, order number, payment date and amount, and a description of the problem. Do not send your full card number or security code. Contact details are below. Do not pay again if a payment is pending or has already been charged.
If a refund is approved, the corresponding license is revoked. Refunds are made through the payment method used, subject to the payment provider's rules and applicable law.
5. Terms and liability
The parties are responsible under applicable law. Check compatibility using the trial before purchasing. The license terms govern app use. Disputes may first be submitted to support for resolution; statutory rights to seek judicial protection are not restricted. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
New versions are published on this page. Changes do not shorten a paid term or retroactively change an acquired license, except as expressly required by law.
