This policy applies only to Radialy. The seller's other apps have their own accounts, licenses and data processing rules.
2. Data the service needs
- Account: email, ID, password hash and salt, registration and sign-in times. Used for authentication, recovery and account protection. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
- Purchases: order number and amount, payment status and identifier, and issued keys. Used to fulfill the contract, issue licenses and process refunds. Radialy does not receive full bank card details.
- Activation: technical device identifiers and name, key, binding version, trial start and end, license status, app version and system architecture. Used for activation, transfers and preventing repeated trials.
- Security and updates: IP address, request times, downloaded file version and architecture, browser User-Agent, sign-in, download and activation events. Used for security, delivering appropriate updates and download statistics.
- Support: ticket subjects, messages, replies and timestamps. Only send information needed to resolve your issue; do not send passwords or card details.
Processing is based on entering into and performing a contract at the user's request, complying with legal obligations and protecting legitimate interests without infringing user rights; separate consent is obtained where legally required. We do not use advertising mailings or advertising profiling.
3. Data that stays on your computer
Menu settings, petal names, app and folder paths, selected links and cached icons stay on your computer. Radialy does not send menu contents to the licensing server.
To download a favicon, the app contacts only the added website, without third-party icon services. Redirects to another origin are not followed. The website receives normal request data, including your IP address; the full page path and query are not included in the favicon request. Cached icons may be reused without another request. Third-party websites have their own privacy policies.
4. Storage, protection and recipients
Processing includes collection, recording, storage, correction, use, necessary disclosure and deletion. Access to the database and backups is restricted. Passwords are hashed and the production website uses an encrypted connection.
Account and license data is retained while in use. Payment records are also retained for legally required periods. Technical logs and backups are deleted according to the service's retention policy. When a purpose has been fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymized unless another legal basis applies. A technical identifier for a used trial may be retained to prevent repeated trials.
Necessary information may be processed by hosting, email and payment providers on the controller's behalf, or supplied to authorized bodies in response to lawful requests. Payments use Robokassa. Personal data is not sold or shared with advertising networks.
When processing the data of Russian citizens, the controller complies with applicable database localization and cross-border transfer requirements.
6. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact account support or the email above. We may require proof that you own the email address to protect your account.
Deleting an account may prevent you from managing keys and purchase history. Records required by law or to protect the parties' rights may be retained on that basis. Requests are answered within statutory periods. You may contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
